Who says you can’t meet your future mate on a blind date. That’s exactly what happened for Lynsey and John. Mutual friends thought they would be the perfect fit and they were right!
The Estate on Halifax was the perfect venue for their huge celebration with family and friends. While the girls all got ready in Agatha’s summer house on the water the guys had the own bachelor pad in the old train car. They included so many special touches for the day but my most favorite by far was the tree they had many old framed pictures hanging it that guests passed as they walked to the ceremony location. For their ceremony they chose the gazebo on the water with the fountain in the background. John’s reaction when he saw Lynsey walking down the aisle was one for the the books! So much beautiful emotion I don’t think there was a dry eye. Lynsey’s dear Uncle was supposed to perform the ceremony but he got very ill and passed away. But before passed on he wrote her ceremony for her and they had another family member read what he wrote. It was so touching and special and personal.
We had a great time taking photos all over the grounds. So many beautiful spots to capture unique and fun images! Then we headed over to The Tavern on property to dance the night away. Estate on Halifax is such a unique venue. There’s is nothing else like it!
