How They Met
Kuba’s uncle happened to be Jenn’s college mentor. Thanks to his determination he finally got Jenn and Kuba out on a date before she relocated to Tampa from Gainesville. And although they started their relationship not living in the same city there was no stopping this match! Finally after living in different cities they both landed in Tampa and the rest is history! He proposed to Jenn on Christmas morning in front of her very excited family.
Their Wedding
Alfond Inn was the perfect match of sophistication and elegance for Jenn and Kuba’s big day. With soft pink and purple, it echoed of summer and joy. Jenn’s stunning Lily dress matched her sweet personality perfectly and Kuba’s Vera Wang tux with bowtie matched the elegance of the day. Lee Forrest’s masterful display of amazing floral was to perfection like usual. Our favorite part was the beautiful trees with candles handing and the greenery cross hung behind them during the ceremony. The ceremony took place in the atrium and while the rain started as the ceremony began, every stayed dry while still feeling the summer sun from outside. What a perfect location for a ceremony with all the crazy summer storms we have here in Florida. Their reception was held in the grand ballroom and it was transformed into paradise with trees on the tables and candles glowing, white draping on the back wall and a beautiful glow of soft pink on the walls. Everyone danced the night away with Les from Soundwave playing all night and the Photo Booth was jamming. After the cutting their beautiful Sprinkles Custom Cake another cake was brought out. This time is was full of chocolate covered strawberries from Peterbrooke Chocolate Shop. Wow! To end the night all the guests were escorted to the front of the hotel while Jenn and Kuba enjoyed a private last dance. Afterward they ran through a tunnel of sparkles into an antique Rolls Royce.
