Ghazal and Navid had the most beautiful and epic Persian wedding at Isleworth Country Club! This sweet couple met while in dental school 4 years ago and have been inseparable ever since. Ghazal caught Navid’s eye and they soon became the best of friends. That friendship then lead to more! They look forward to not only being partners in life together but also in business sharing all of their future as one!
Their wedding was a Persian Dream Wedding! With Michele from Michele Butler Events running the show they chose the dream team of vendors to pull off this magical wedding! Eric with ESG Design created a jaw dropping Persian spread (known as the sofreh aghd) for the ceremony with every detail executed to perfection. The sun set as the ceremony continued with many Persian traditions and customs. After the ceremony we captured some beautiful sunset and twilight shots before the party began!
The ballroom was full of floral majesty thanks again to ESG Design! The dance floor was custom designed by Letz Dance on It with the exact vision the couple had in order to capture beautiful imagery and videos from a birds eye view. Ghazal and Navid’s choreographed dance was beautiful and touching as they tangoed on their dance floor! The well known international DJ Borhan was flown from Toronto to rock the night away with the best in Persian music. The cake knife dance also took place, known as Raghseh Chagoo. It is a Persian wedding tradition that begins the cake cutting. The bride and groom have to earn the knife to cut the cake from female family members or friends. This will continue until one of the dancers decide that they have been won over by the given money and will give the bride and groom their cake knife in exchange. Its a fun tradition we always enjoy! Ghazal made a grand floral toss to her single girlfriends as she stood on the balcony to throw down to them. Then Ghazal and her bridesmaids made their way to the dance floor for a surprise choreographed dance. Once all the formal traditions were over the dance floor was flooded with all the guests to party late into the evening!
