How They Met:

Emily and Jimmy might have gone to high school together but the sparks didn’t fly until they were older.  Emily had moved back after finishing college and ran into Jimmy at the gym.  As fate would have it, for a year they kept running into each other.  Finally they decided to go out on a date and they have been together ever since.

The Wedding

Emily and Jimmy have attended many friends weddings over the years and they knew what they did and didn’t want in their big day.  One of the most important elements was having market lighting throughout.  The ceremony site on the Plaza De La Fontana had lighting criss crossed over the guests.  The cocktail hour was filled with market lights and as you entered the reception hall there were market lights over the dance floor and more strung behind the pipe and drape.  It set a romantic mood for the entire day.  After finishing family photos we headed out on the golf carts to capture some shots of the two of them on the beautiful grounds of Mission Inn Resort.  The clouds were dramatic and wonderful!

During the reception everyone danced the night away non stop on the dance floor.  We snuck out for some sparkler photos Emily had dreamed off and had a fun time creating them.  Toward the end of the night they even had a lip sync battle, girls against the guys.  I’m pretty sure the girls won, but the boys held on tight!
